DISCOUNT PRICING: Brass Bouquet sells at near-wholesale pricing.  NO MINIMUMS!  We do offer further discount pricing levels for quantity purchasing.  Please call toll-free (877) 346-7348 or email us at brassbouquet@comcast.net for more information.

RETURN POLICY:  Brass Bouquet offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not thoroughly pleased with your product, please contact us within seven (7) working days. We will be happy to either replace your shipment or issue you a refund.

Please remember: While the raw materials are machine made, all of our findings, charms and chain, literally everything that is sold at the Brass Bouquet -- is hand-crafted in the vintage-aging process.

Our brass is not plated or chemically-aged. We guarantee excellent quality and top-of-the-line products but the human hand is involved in each step, so shipments will vary as each hand-crafted batch of vintage-aged brass is created. All plated items are also made in the USA with the same great brass (underneath the plating).

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards.  We also accept PayPal Credit Card Services.  Both payment features are available at check-out.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship via USPS First-Class Mail. All products are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. If you wish a different shipping method, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can make arrangements for your special shipping needs.

REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:  Thus far, there is no Delivery Confirmation available for International Shipments. If a package is lost in transit -- replacement will not be possible.   Thank you for your understanding.
